Before starting the TTC, I just wanted to learn a bit more about yoga. I ended up gaining deep knowledge, confidence, and a whole new appreciation for meditation and mind–body awareness. The course structure, the teachers, and the physical practice all exceeded my expectations. This TTC truly marked the beginning of my real yoga journey.
Joining the training transformed both my body and mind. My strength, stamina, and confidence grew far beyond what I expected. I now move with ease, breathe with awareness, and feel good from the inside out. The teachers made every class inspiring and joyful. This course grounded me and helped me find peace during difficult times.
I thought I knew yoga until I joined this TTC. Learning the full eight limbs, alignment, sequencing, and the deeper spiritual components completely transformed my understanding. With the guidance of Kapil, Awdesh, Gokul, and Siddant, I grew in strength, focus, and awareness. This course felt like family and opened the path to a lifelong yogic lifestyle.
