IN THE MORNING: Start the day by purifying the body to prepare for the practice and group mantra chanting. This is followed by pranayama (breathwork) classes, yogic warmup exercises and a gentle hatha yoga class. Afterwards, enjoy a delicious breakfast.

DURING THE DAY you will have free time to take part in an excursion, hike to pristine waterfalls, or simply take in the spectacular views and surroundings. Enjoy a satisfying lunch after the day's activities.

IN THE AFTERNOON your body, now warmed up, finds its optimum flexibility and balance in the second yoga class of the day. Observe and experience how the breath slows down, and the mind is more in synch with the yoga practice

IN THE EVENING: Meditation practice helps to wind down the day. Afterwards dinner awaits you. Go to bed feeling at peace, inspired, and ready to have a restful sleep.
